Do I need to be home?
Totally up to you. Plenty of moms are at work, at pickup or finally at that workout. Leave access instructions and your house rules, and we take it from there.
How does scheduling work?
Book and pay in a couple of taps, then we reach out by email to lock in a time that works for your week. No back-and-forth phone tag.
What do I provide for meal prep?
Your groceries and your favorite containers. Share any allergies or picky-eater notes when we schedule, and we will cook around them.
How does Off Duty Monthly work?
You get four visits each month and choose what each one is: laundry, playroom, meal prep or a house reset. Mix and match however your month needs it.
Can I pause or cancel the monthly plan?
